Reframing a future Culture House

The Vejle Bibliotek was facing the issue of struggling to get the attention of the youth of Vejle.  Soon to be expanding into a culture house, they wanted help with how they can align the zones of the culture house with the needs and wishes of the citizens.
How can we bring in teenagers to the future Culture House?

Upon researching on the teenager’s routines and hobbies, my group and I discovered that the future culture house already includes a lot of components that aligned with their needs and wishes - the issue laid in communicating this to them. 

Therefore, I took the opportunity to use that to create a brand campaign for the future Culture House of Vejle which would appeal and communicate better to teenagers.
Conducting citizen involvement activities to figure out what teenagers do in their free time, where they hang out and how they would imagine their ideal space.
Using the data from user research to create posters inspired by library cards.
Large scale posters and cut outs around Vejle and outside the Culture House building to maximise visibility.
Promotional zines to hand out in high schools and youth clubs.
With tearable tabs to promote different activities one can do in the culture house.
